Need a transcript or a copy of your certificate, diploma or degree? Has yours gone missing of been damaged? Not to worry.

Sask Polytech offers official, digital transcripts for a small fee through MyCreds™. For more information about this national, shared service and platform, visit our MyCreds™ page.

To make an online request for your official Sask Polytech transcript or view unofficial transcripts, log in to mySaskPolytech and choose an option under Enrolment Services.

To request a duplicate certificate, diploma or degree, or if your education is prior to 1994 or you are unable to complete an online transcript request, you may complete a printable document request form (pdf), and submit to us by mail, fax, or email.
